All caregivers are trained hands-on with DME. They also complete online training videos to assist with continued education. We train our caregivers before starting services.

We pay well above minimum wage because we believe in attracting the best talent. Our caregivers are the back-bone for our agency, and we treat our caregivers as family. We are the highest starting pay for non-medical home care caregivers in the Central Valley.

Our caregivers work close to their home, and are kept in specific territories to ensure employee satisfaction.

All caregivers are personally hand-picked by the CEO/Administrator and matched with each client to ensure quality satisfaction.

All caregivers are background cleared with the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and are registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the California Department of Social Services Home Care Bureau.

We have very high standards for our caregivers. Normally, we hire 10-15 caregivers out of 100 applicants who apply. We hire caregivers who we believe can take care of our own families.
