Shireen is the CEO and Administrator of Therapeutic Home Care, as well as one of its Managing Members. She earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2015 from Cal State University, Fresno. With over 20 years of experience in the senior care industry, Shireen's dedication to home care services was sparked by her personal experience assisting her grandmother who had Alzheimer's. She helped her grandmother with activities of daily living to ensure her needs were met. Shireen later became a caregiver for United Cerebral Palsy and worked in medical records at Sierra Vista Healthcare Center. Most recently, she served as a Regional Director with a local home care company before founding Therapeutic Home Care. In this role, she focused on quality assurance by providing training, mentoring, and development to its individual branches. Shireen's extensive background in the senior care sector has been crucial in serving families and supporting them through their loved one's aging journey. She is committed to transforming the senior community and those around her. In her spare time, Shireen enjoys painting and spending quality moments with family, friends, and her three cats.
