Shireen Azamian, CEO/Administrator
Shireen is the CEO/Administrator of Therapeutic Home Care, and one of its Managing Members. Shireen graduated with her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2015 from Cal State University, Fresno. Shireen has over 20 years of experience in the senior care industry. Her passion for the senior care community began from helping her grandmother, who had Alzheimer's. Shireen assisted her grandmother with activities of daily living so her grandmother's needs could be met. Shireen later transitioned to be a caregiver for United Cerebral Palsy and worked in medical records at Sierra Vista Healthcare Center. Most recently, she was a Regional Director with a local home care company before starting Therapeutic Home Care. In this role, she regulated quality assurance by providing training, mentoring, and development to its individual branches. Shireen's background in the industry played an integral part in serving families and supporting them through their loved one's aging journey. Shireen is dedicated to transforming the senior community and those around her.
In Shireen's spare time, she paints, and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her 3 cats.
Cesar Anaya, Ed Montesinos, & Jaclyn Fleming, Managing Members
With more than 45 years of cumulative experience in healthcare, Cesar, Ed, and Jackie's leadership is responsible for building longstanding relationships with partners in the healthcare space, including short and long-term rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, doctor's offices, hospitals and insurance providers. Building on these partnerships and investing in the ongoing education for our senior community provides the foundation for Therapeutic Home Care's highest level of service, which focuses on a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each client through research and analysis.
