Our Professional Standards

All caregivers are trained hands-on with DME and renew their skills each quarter. They also complete online training videos to assist with continued education. We train our caregivers before starting services.

We pay well above minimum wage because we believe in attracting the best quality employees. Our caregivers are the back-bone for our agency, and we treat our caregivers as family. We are the highest starting pay for non-medical home care caregivers in the Central Valley.

Our caregivers work close to their home, and are kept in specific territories to ensure employee satisfaction. 

All caregivers are personally hand-picked by the Administrator and matched with each client to ensure quality satisfaction.

All caregivers are background cleared with the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and are registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the California Department of Social Services.

We have high standards for our caregivers. Normally, we hire 2-5 caregivers out of 100 applicants who apply. We hire caregivers who we believe can take care of our own families.
